Hemp plants are sold as ornamental plants, for improving indoor air quality, for harvesting tea from the leaves, and so on. The extraction of THC-containing narcotics is not permitted in Austria! (see §28 SMG). To prevent the formation of flowers and fruits, artificial or natural lighting of at least 18 hours per day is required.

All prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT where required. The minimum order quantity is 3 plant cuttings per order.

GreenWorldAT sells ornamental and collector plant cuttings only. All products are sold strictly as non-germinated ornamental and collector items.

We provide no statements, guarantees, or advice regarding germination, cultivation, or any cannabinoid-producing activity. Customers are solely responsible for complying with all applicable local laws and regulations in their country of residence.

We ship express to Austria and selected EU member states; availability may vary by destination.

Risk passes to the customer upon handover of the goods to the carrier. Please inspect your package on arrival and report any visible damage immediately so we can assist you.

Due to the nature of live plants, returns are not accepted unless legally required.

Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies (for example for consumers in the EU), it may be exercised within 14 days of receipt. The customer bears the cost of returning the goods and is responsible for keeping the plants alive during any return period.

We collect only the personal data needed to process your order: name, email address, phone number, and shipping address.

Your data is used solely to fulfill orders, answer support requests, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
